Best Bankruptcy Trustee & Personal Insolvency Accounting firm of 2019
APAC Insider recently announced the winners of the 2019 Australian Enterprise Awards… and we’re pretty excited.
We’re excited because we were awarded the Best Bankruptcy Trustee & Personal Insolvency Accounting firm of 2019!
The APAC Insider Awards are all about showcasing firms who, through their commitment, enthusiasm, expertise and willingness to do things differently, are rewriting their industry’s rule book.
What does a Bankruptcy Trustee do?
As a Registered Bankruptcy Trustee firm, we have to maintain the utmost professionalism, independence, impartiality, honesty, and ethics. We’re essentially officers of the court so when it comes to exercising powers, discretions and making decisions, the same standards expected from a court or judge apply.
We play a central role in the administration of bankrupt estates. We’re also under a general duty to exercise powers in such a fashion that the objects of the Bankruptcy Act, including those of equality between creditors and fairness to bankrupt people and debtors are served.
The Aravanis Approach
We’re committed to a people-first approach and have been since the firm began back in 2005.
Fourteen years later and we still believe that our focus on those we assist is what truly sets us apart within the industry.
“My clients are real people, just like my staff and I are real people. Although we have a job to do and we’re operating within the constraints of the Bankruptcy Act, it’s ultimately about people and relationships. That’s why the people behind the paperwork are always at the heart of what we do“
– Ronil Roy (pictured), Partner and Registered Trustee at Aravanis
We’d like to thank our amazing team for all their hard work and dedication. We’d especially like to thank our clients for choosing us to help them through Bankruptcy and finally start afresh!
